To promote IT/ ITES the Government will permit additional 100% FSI at 10% premium to Ready-Reconer value for Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Chandrapur and other Municipal Corporations (30% premium for Pune and some other Municipal Corporations).
If plots have access road of minimum 18 mtr width, they can take further additional 100% FSI.
