Brookfield could invest $2 billion in India

The Canadian asset manager has raised $14 Billion to invest in infrastructure. Going ahead of KKR, Apollo and Carlyle, Brookefield has become the world’s 2nd biggest manager of real estate and private equity with $250 billion worth assets.
Over next 2-3 years Brookfield could invest $2 Billion to buy commercial towers, upscale offices, stranded utilities, power, roads infrastructure and aims to double existing asset base in India.
