CM clears 3 major schemes

Three schemes of Nagpur Metro Region i.e. Khadaka-Kirmiti-Panjari-Shiv Makda-Sumthana, Varoda-Panjari-Rui-Gavasi Manapur, Parsodi-Jamtha-Kotewada have been sactioned. However, Khasarmari Development scheme is still under consideration.
The government has to change its user from Green to Yellow. The schemes will boost realty market on wardha road and ensure planned development in villages that are becoming part of Nagpur Metro.
NMRDA will develop these schemes under land-pooling policy under which NMRDA will acquire 40% of the land of the developer and give 60% land to them for development.
If developer has NA land then NMRDA will acquire only 25% land. It will develop roads, open spaces, public utility spaces, residential and commercial spaces.
