HCL which is setting up a development center at MIHAN over a 50 acre plot is to start operations shortly.
The unique thing about their policy is to hire Nagpuris only. This will give an opportunity to the Nagpuri diaspora who are looking for good opportunities to return back to their home town.
HCL’s foray into Nagpur was based on availability of quality talent locally.
