On industrial land - residential & commercial use allowed

On payment of premium, Maharashtra government has allowed residential & commercial use on industrial lands and for closed units on such lands.
20% premium on ready reconer will have to be paid for residential use. 25% of total FSI can be utilised towards commercial uses.
