The government needs to provide a smooth interface and call it “Fully Compliant” to make life easy for citizens :

Pay through it, sell- buy through it. It should take care of taxation, accounting, inventory and all compliances. No further scrutiny or re-assessments. No paper-work. No waste of time. Proper technology to account for each item (Barcode, RFID). Suitable arrangements for evaders. India can become the best country to live & work in.
