To reverse migration villages need to be made profit generating centres

If you have recently been to Gurgaon, you would have experienced that a simple U-turn to the other side took away an hour of your time. Another traffic jam at Cannaught place disturbed your meeting/ travel plan.
The likely reason for the choking city infrastructure? “People in Delhi/Gurgaon are able to earn several times more than they would have in a smaller city for the same work” says a relative.
The unrealized strength of India is in it’s Agriculture, We need to learn to do it so well that we make it a profitable proposition for our people. The Government needs to sit across and ask “how we can help” like they do in China.
The industry with it’s vast international experience can step in to help with the packing, quality standardization, logistics & marketing and make taxfree profits too. Young entrepreneurs can tieup with scientists & inventors at IIT, MIT and farmers across the world to bring new ways for value addition.
To reverse migration from villages we need to provide basic facilities like international quality education through video, good healthcare along with hand holding by government/ experts to help the people make a good living.
As per reports from experts, migration to Cities will continue in the foreseeable future. This can be taken as an alarm bell on which we need to work.
