Universities should focus on incubation and research centers

Universities should lay more emphasis on research and incubation centers in order to make students more employable and also fulfill the demand of industries says Manoj Kulkarni, CEO at RealizeIt Learning, Chicago, USA and Ex-CTO, Toysrus, USA.

Since universities do not focus on research and innovation, the students only aim to take a degree. Later, these students are rejected by industries as the student had not given more time on research he says.

We have to change our education system to see how we can make the students more employable he says.

He was speaking at Global Nagpur Summit.
